Here are some pictures of my 1976 Mustang II MPG Coupe in the Creme exterior color. It was my very first car. I got it in May of 1989 for my high school graduation present. When I got it, it had a mere 30,000 miles on it. A little old lady bought it new (really, it's true!) and drove it to the grocery store. She traded it in at a local Chevy (yuk!) dealer. When we went to look at it, it was in the show room with the new cars! It had two options installed on it. Power Steering and the C3 auto. Since I've had it, I have combed the local salvage yards and added many factory options. It now has the aluminum wheels, center console, intermittant wipers, quartz digital clock, the correct AM/FM stereo tape player, and the latest addition that I have almost completed, factory A/C. I did the car a great service by moving from Ohio to Florida. There are a couple spots of Ohio Cancer on the body, but I'm going to give it a complete professional repaint later this year. I drive the car almost every day. The little I-4 is getting ready to roll over to 80,000 miles. In Florida where old cars are very common, my little MII still gets plenty of complements and head turns.
