I have owned this car for about ten years my father originally bought it to cut up for parts, it sat in a shed for a while awaiting the cutting torch until my father decided that he would allow me to drive it up and down the lane. One thing lead to another and two years later just after my 16th birthday I had my own mustang. The poor old car became what my father and i dubbed it the SC250R, a little play on the old GT 350 theme, plus who would want there 16 year old out in a real GT 350. It is powered by a 302 .40 over with GT 40 Heads, full length headers, a Crane cam, An Edelbrock Carburetor, and runs 2.5” exhaust out in front of the rear tires. It also features a 2500 stall converter and a B&M shift kit. The trunk of the car was torn out and replaced with a 16 gallon fuel cell along with the battery and stereo equipment. I will own this car till the day I die it not only represent a lot of time and hard work but it represents the time when my father went from authority to best firend.
