I purchased this MUSTANG II from an Estate Sale on October 4, 2002. This car was a one owner and garage kept until then. Included with the sale was the original warranty card and all dealership paperwork. My MUSTANG II still dawns the original factory paint job. Interior is solid red vinyl. I've been driving it around my local area and it's turning heads! When I stop at traffic lights, it seems as if everyone at the intersection has their eyes on this car. People wave, beep their horns, flash their hradlights with "thumbs up". An owner of a local parts store made an offer the minute that I had walked into his store. In local convenience stores, people ask questions and make offers. While dining in various restaurants, people want to talk to me about the car. I'm getting offers every day from various people. I even had a Maryland State Police Officer pull me over, just to make an offer. The most strangest inquiry yet...a man approached me about "renting" my car for 2 hours. It seems that he and his wife are getting ready to renew their wedding vows and he wants to hire me to drive them around for 2 hours when they come out of the church ceremony. (He had purchased a MUSTANG II just like mine as a wedding gift for her when they were married in 1976.) He had approached me with a $5000 Cashier's check to purchase the car, but I refused to sell it. However, he's going to pay me $500 to drive them around for 2 hours at the end of their ceremony. Won't she be surprised!
