About My Car

Almost a week after passing on the first pony that caught my eye, I was cruising on the east side of town when a friend of mine pointed out Nadine setting on the corner of a small lot that has only about seven vehicles at a time with a big sign that reads Low prices. It was a Saturday and the lot had just closed for the day about twenty minutes prior to our arrival. We looked the car over as much as we could and being the cynic I am I automatically assumed this car dealer was either a lier like may car dealers or going to be asking way more then the other, simply because this car was in much better shape and the soap crayon on the window read Original 51k.I acquired this sweet little pony in late Febuary 2001. A week prior to finding Nadine on the corner of a small independent Used car lot in Fairmont WV, another 1975 pony on a car lot less then two miles away had caught my eye, sparking my interest in the little respected almost forgotten automobile known as the Mustang II. Upon requiring about the first pony I found, I was quoted a seemingly ridiculous price for this car and came to the conclusion it was my lack of knowledge of this particular vehicle that had caused such a high quote. The next few nights I did my home work and found out all I could on the Ill famed MustangII. Returning to that car lot later that week full of knowledge and wisdom on what I was inquiring about, I found while looking over the car thoroughly the price had mysteriously dropped by about $500. After taking the car for a test drive and looking closely at the interior and millage, I decided it still wasn't worth what they were asking, so I made my offer, and thank God it was declined, if I would have spent my money on that car I would have not been able to purchase the deal of a lifetime,"My Sweet Nadine".
